3 Simple Stop Snoring Exercises That Help To Reduce Snoring

While you are at it try exercising your lower jaw as well. For a ten count move your lower jaw forward and then relax it. Next open your mouth slowly while resisting with your hands and hold for another 8 to 10 seconds. Then repeat the whole process. Recently it has been found that playing various woodwind instruments may assist in the struggle to stop snoring.
